I would probably guess either Wyoming or Alaska. Wyoming has the smallest population and is mostly country town and Alaska is a newly discovered state with a very cold climate.
oh MNL I am from Kansas and can assure you that it is very diverse.

Based on my personal observations...Pennsylvania. We moved here in January from the south and my son's school is less than 1% black. I know we are in the rural section south of Philly, but geesh people. I've never been to such a whitewashed place in my whole life.

It's Vermont. You wouldn't think that because it's a fairly liberal state, and you'd expect more of a conservative, midwestern state, but it's actually Vermont.

probrally one of the mid-west states or southern states--- New Mexico? Texas or Idaho?
btw, it is definetly not rhode island. I am from Rhode Island and it is very ethnically diverese. There are communities in this state that have just about any racial ethnicitiy you can think of.
