Well, the farthest we have been into the crust is 7 miles with an inch-wide drill, so you won't be going down there (or anyone else), so why does it matter? Maybe you have oil or gold down there? Good luck on the mining.

No. Do read the papers that you signed at closing they will tell you how far you own. Air rights? Mineral rights? Use rights?(zoning) Ownership rights are a bundle of rights, you see?

No, because people can own the mineral rights to your land, so in essence they own anything below your house. That is if someone specifically owns those mineral rights.
