If you mean the 60 degree North line of Lattitude, the answer is Alaska. All other states are below that line.

You obviously have the internet- Google latitude an look at the line for 600 degrees oh wait, it doesn't exist. Gee, maybe because a circle is 360 degrees. I guess if your teacher wants 600, then you start at the equator, go around almost 2x and there you go, but I bet you made a mistake.

Probably not many considering that there are only 90 degrees North and 90 degrees South available. Do you mean 60.0 degrees? Then the answer is 1 - Alaska.
