Jenny, first of all CONGRATULATIONS honey. For now what you need to do is rest. Eat healthy. Stop drinking, smoking, taking drugs ( I am not judging you personally Jenny....it just needs to be put out there) Drink alot of water, drink alot of milk. These things you can do for now till you see your Dr. Once you see your Dr. ask him/her what you can do to have a healthy baby. I will tell you this Jenny, I feel in my heart and soul that your baby is going to be very, very healthy and that you my dear will be a wonderful Mother. Blessings to you and yours for this Holiday Season :)

Avoid any drugs or stimulants, eat a diet high in folic acid(orange juice, dark leafy greens), get in a lot of omega3 and whole grains. Salmon, whole grain pasta, and even soy milk now has a plus soy that had DHA and Omega3 added that is great. Drink your water and try to walk at least 30 min a day. Also eating yogurt is really good if you get yeast infections easily because they seem to come easier for some women during pregnancy. Also try to avoid lunch meat and if you must make sure you heat then until they steam to avoid listeria. Avoid hot dogs because of the nitrates, and do not eat fish and such that you have caught and cleaned and cooked(the water may have been contaminated). Also avoid products that are not pasteurized like some cheeses. Just remember to always go to your Doctor's appointments and enjoy the next 9 months they will be a blast.

Congratulations!
Eat what a health conscious person eats: wheat bread, more chicken less beef and fatty foods, cut down on junk food, lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water, milk for calcium, and take your prenatal vitamin every day. Walking is a good exercise. My son is 3 months old now and when I was pregnant I walked during lunch every day in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
Oh, and see your OB monthly. Are you delivering at a hospital? They should have info. on how to eat healthy while pregnant and what medications are okay and what to avoid.

Congratulations! Eat healthy foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains), exercise (walking is great during pregnancy), relax (massages are a wonderful treat), and avoid cigarette smoke, alcohol, caffeine, and junk food.

Get prenatal care, including regular OB visits. They will check your progress and look for any growth abnormalities. Take prenatal vitamins. Don't smoke, not just during pregnancy but ever. Don't abuse alcohol. Did I mention get prenatal care?

eat right, see an o.b., don't smoke, don't drink alchohol, don't do drugs, exercise (light), and relax (get help for deppresion, stress and anxiety, cause dr.'s think these negative emotions may affect your unborn baby.
then relax...it's all up-hill from here!
