Because white people are generally thought of as wealthier, but our population in America has gone from 90 percent to 65 percent and it must partly be because we never have large families anymore. Anyone know why this is? Anyone here think this will change or stay as it is? Does it seem people in power like say ACLU types or ADL Want white people to become a minority in this country? I personally by their actions think they do want that.

Well, I'm a white person and I only have one child (and that's all I'm going to have, I'm 40 now). I can only speak for myself and say that a lot of the reason does have to do with money. I've always worked full time and day-care was so expensive I don't know how people can afford to have many kids. I guess if I wanted to drive a junky car, live in a hovel and never take vacations I could have had more kids but I chose to have a better life for me and my child.

I think people who have a lot of kids are people who aren't working full time so what the heck, may as well have a bunch of them, after all, the more kids, the more welfare. From my perspective, the more trailer trash the family is, the more kids they have.

PS - I totally agree with 'Just Ducky' and this subject irritates me as well.

Minorities don't stay minorities forever. When the Europeans landed in America, they were a minority and the Native Americans outnumbered them in huge numbers, but now it's the opposite. Every country in the world has been invaded and taken over by other peoples. When Tacitus landed in Britain during the Roman occupation, he believed that the British population was made up of people from Spain, Germany and France. Birth rates have to do with tradition and culture. If whites domiciled in the U.S. choose not to have large families, there's not much governments can do about it.

lower class people in bad situations are not provided the same education as higher class, because those oppurtunities are not available. they don't realize that 3 kids would be easier than 9. Look up the movie "the people bomb." it's all about population. women in lower social class have the obligation of bearing children, that is all they are good for. sex and work. In these countries, the more children you have, the higher position you hold. especially when your children are male. they are dominant. "the man of the house" has a much greater meaning. When you are a women and only have female children you are considered worthless, so these women try and try again until they get a boy child, overflowing their family.
Personally, i think that the white race is very obsessed with work, both male and female. they are too consumed in their own life to worry about producing new ones.
I do not think that there is an intention to make our race a minority.

For my family it was simple economics. My folks could only afford 3 kids and don't believe in being on welfare. The more kids you have the less money you will have because of expenses. Even though whites will become the minority they will still have better educations because they can afford it. My dad wanted to have several kids but could not afford it.

I think our priorities have changed a great deal over the last few decades. In what I call the "Leave it to Beaver" generation men worked, women stayed home, had babies and took care of the house and all were satisfied with what they had. Now we want less kids and more stuff. BTW. . . .all those who say "better access to birth control" is a total cop out. Planned Parenthood gives a variety of birth control out to all who ask and it is free.

The ACLU and ADL aren't killing people or forcing them to not have kids! It's just called birth control and more white people in America can afford it.

Thats a good question :)
I think, white people are more focused on their career, social status and then when they think they have got enough money to build a family they make it.
I have noticed that minorities first of all create a family and then look for a way how they can earn more, live better, because there is certain motivation.

I disagree. You are stereotyping and trying to insult people in a subtle way.

You know, I am almost sick to my stomach with disgust at some of these idiots' comments. Believe me, NOT ONE of you simple-minded *ssholes pays ANYTHING for my daughter's, niece's, or little cousins' well being, so you need to get real and STOP all that BS. Does it shock you that some white people benefit from welfare and things like that as well as SOME minorities? You people need to grow up. I can not understand how you all have the audacity to hurl insults about people when your post clearly shows how idiotic you are lol. Go to h*ll, you ignorant people (you KNOW who you are).

When you have no health insurance or a job, you must have 5-6 kids. what happens if one or two dies? Look at 3rd world countries. This is why they all had alot of children.

There is also the breakdown of the american family. Free cheese tastes the best!!

Its strange, it all depends on where you live. I live in Montana and most people have 4-5 kids on average. One thing I know about most Mexicans is the majority of them are Catholic, and they dont believe in birth control, against religion.
Besides, why do you think white people are "wealthier", they dont spend money on kids.
