Never says who the villain is, until they are unmask. I honestly think she doesn't know who the villain is, and when she unmask the villain, lies and says she knew all along. At least in all the older shows that's how it appears to be. This is just something that bugs me.

Haha, ya the gang never lets us in on who the villian is. And then when the villian is unmasked, Velma starts ranting about how she knew and what clues they left behind.
I agree with you, I think after they catch them and then Fred unmasks them, Velma comes up with a story on the spot...

Who is Thelma? I think that you meant Velma. Look up Scooby Doo in wikipedia. They will mention all the characters names.

I think she knows who is the villain but she lacks the proof to back it up.

I never noticed that and I love that cartoon what I did notice is that they never change her style not even in the new ones she needs contact lens and they need to up date her outfit.
