Obfuscate. Obfuscation is something I am occaisionally guilty of, due to my use of high-order language. I am, however, never ACCUSED thereof, they don't know the word. To paraphrase a line by Eddie Murphy, "I GOTS me a vocab'lary, an i'm not afraid to use it!"

Ethereal or Ethereality is my favourite word.
I guess I like it because, it sounds supernatural, or mystical, and kinda makes you wish magic was real, if you understand what I'm saying.
