Why won't some websites work on my computer?

For some reason, there are certain websites that will not work on computer. I know they are not down because they work on a friend's computer or a school computer. Most of these websites were ones I used to frequent, but recently stopped working for some reason. could someone help me resolve this issue?

strangely they are all photoshop related websites, like where I get my renders from and stuff like that.

You did not indicate which sites are not being shown and which are. If you can access some public web sites but not certain ones, something has to be blocking the site.

I wonder if a web filter has been installed to keep you off them. Perhaps the root cause is your parents who have blocked sites for our own protection.

Given that you were very unspecific about the sites blocked, I suspect your parents blocked things and probably for a good reason.
