I think all that "rear ending" you all are talking about is just one of the frequent flyer type things.

Yes, I believe you are right. Why not incorporate work programs and make convicts really work off their sentences and improve communities and help people really in need. Of course, then we would hurt contractors and other laborers who make their living doing those tasks. The cost of justice is high.

We did some of our nurse's training in prisons. It's not exactly like you described. Personally, I'd rather spend my tax dollars keeping criminals in jail then trying to deal with them on the street.

There is no freedom. They have to obey the rules and regulations. Everything is controlled. It is better putting criminals in jail and I think they are being punished.
