If the case is a civil one, between people, companies, the Gummint etc, the result is enforced by the usual court process (which can include contempt of court). If it is a criminal case then it is enforced by the agencies of the state, such as the police.

The job of the executive branch is to enforce the laws of the land. The Supreme Court has no police power to make sure that its decisions are enforced. Example in history--Andrew Jackson ignores the Courts decision regarding the Cherokee Indians in Georgia and orders the troops to escort them to Oklahoma--The Trail of Tears.
