I object, I love garlic, but being friendly can help someone to come out of their shell. A heart grows where love enters.

It depends how strong you are Lisa - if you are strong enough to make a difference then stick around if not, then walk away but send that person love and healing to help them on their path in this life. Maybe they have come into your life for a reason - to learn from you or for you both to learn from each other.

Try to be nice to them...but if they weren't receptive after awhile I would probably just give up b/c I'd figure they weren't willing to "meet me half way"...then what's the point.

Give them time and what they need.
Every rose started out as a bud hidden in the dirt.
"Love melts even the coldest hearts"

Be even nicer to them.
That's what Jesus would've done, ya know?
Even if you're not religious, it's still the right thing to do.
You could change his life.
