There are usually no homeopathic remeidies that are FDA approved for the fact of to be FDA approved and start the testing process it has to be patented. That is why when a new medicine comes out it is the only one of its kind and is so high in price. With something natural usually they are not sure of the active ingredient that actuall helps with the ailment but once they find it they they usually synthesise it make give tit another name. A few examples are cocaine(when it was used medically),novacaine, lidocaine, they were first found in the cocoa leaves and people use to chew them up for the ephedra or make powder out of it but they found out how to chemical make it and then the FDA approved it. You cant patent something that is naturally made there for you cant get it approved by the FDA.

for something to be fda approved, it has to through a lot of testing to prove that it actually has an effect on what ever ailment the remedy is treating. this costs a poo load of money, and most small companies can not afford it (or in some cases, prove it).

No.
None are FDA approved. It takes $9million to $12million to get a drug from test tube to market. None of the Homeopathic Remedies can be patented so big bucks do not go into research on them. for accuracy on quackwatch see below

lawmakers were convinced ,rightly so ,that Homeopathic Remedies do no harm. Since no harm is done there is no need to regulate. FDA regulates dangerous drugs, not natural substances.

No they are not approved by the FDA..because most of them DO WORK..and better then the stupid meds that the FDA has approved..they dont want you to know about any cures.they just want you to buy drugs that dont cure a problem..just might lessen the symptoms or make them worse or give you side effects...Im not saying that homeopathic stuff dont have side effects if you dont use them right.Im just saying FDA does not appove of these products.

Homeopathic preparations are non-toxic and therefore can not establish an LD-50.

If you can't kill something with your substance, it's not a drug.
