Now im getting a little suspicious, so let me sum this up..
@ the homecoming dance, girl pushes guy on me, he walks away from me saying "ewww" (let me just say i was sweaty from dancing or he was repulsed or I dont know why)from then on, he's been looking at me wherever i go. At lunch, wherever.
I wonder, is he talking badly about me behind my back, or WTF?

There is no reason for him to talk any bad about you.You have surely not insulted him in any way.On the other hand he appears interested in you. You should not spoil your moods just guessing baseless imaginations.
