Unless you live in the northern states such as Minnesota or Alaska, what is the world makes you think you need to move them? They have a permanent waterproof down coat! They can take temperatures way below freezing! As long as the pond does not freeze over they will be fine in the water! The only reason ducks migrate is to find food when the water freezes. The temperatures are no hardship what so ever for them!
Since those states the water probably would have already frozen over the pond then I assume you do not live that far north.
And no tame ducks will not freeze in the pond since the water around there legs is under their feathers and insulated.
But if you really want to catch them, I used to catch them with a long handled dip net. another trick is to take a heavy wooden crate and turn it up side down to create an 'old fashioned rabbit trap' like you see in the old bugs bunny shows. This really works if you get a large enough one. Prop up one end with a stick with a string tied to it. Put feed underneath and pull the string when they get under it.

tame ducks WILL freeze in the pond if you leave them there. Usually overnight. I like the idea of the duck house habitat. You could even build a fence around them so they can go outside when they feel like it. If they're wild ducks, they know when it's time to fly south and they will not let themselves freeze in the pond.

When thus time has come for thy to leave thy pond. Thy ducks and ducklings will progress in life by leaving thy pond and leaving ye old pond behind when thus time has come they will return but for now thy weather has turned too cold for young whippersnappers like these ducks. However. Life does go on.

Domestic ducks might be stupid but wild ducks will just walk on the ice. I have never seen or heard of a duck being frozen in the ice unless it was dead.

many feed stores sell duck habitats. its kinda like a chicken coop. you can set them up and the ducks will naturally go in there and you can put a farm heater in the enclosure area and they shall be a-ok. my uncle has birds outside and they survive with that heater and there are some ponds around my town that have duck ''houses'' and besides being kinda cute, they really work and give you the results you are looking for.

try to use food to lure them out or use a net to catch them and if that fails then you can always look for a professional to help you but that would cost some money

My dog loves to chase ducks. You can borrow her to go in your pond after them. I can guarantee they will get out.

Ducks are stupid, but not that stupid. They won't stay on the water when it freezes. They have oil glands and they are made to withstand the cold and water.
I would say put antifreeze in the pond, but that would poison them.
