Millions of years ago, we were all walking around naked, without clothes, and maybe just some leaves and stuff to cover ourselves. But since then, we have developed clothes, and now seems, that to walk around naked is against the law.

No And that is not a fact about millions of years ago. People where way more conscious millions of years ago and they word the most beautiful cloth made of the finest silk. Millions of years ago this planet was in a very pure age and humans lived to be thousands of years old. According to the ancient Vedic wisdom humans are to cover their bodies with cloth. Animals don't do that because they are of lower consciousness and do not feel embarrassment of this. They are less conscious than humans (well at least supposed to be) If a human does not feel uncomfortable naked in front of others they are considered an animal or on the highest platform a mystic yogi who is beyond the material plane. It has heaps of archaeological findings that prove man was way more intelligent and and scientifically advanced millions of years ago. They found aircraft parts that are way more advance than our present age. The karma for being naked in front of others is to stand naked as a tree for many years. So if you don't mind being a tree, in your next life, then walk naked. But it is not recommended for intelligent souls. One must know the laws of nature to end all karmic reactions. Well, we don't do a lot of things today that we did millions of years ago. Hopefully we've evolved since then. In any event, do you really want to see some people walking around naked? I'm sure you can think of people you know whom you'd prefer to see with their clothes on. I can!

Yes since we are born naked we should be allowed to walk around that way. I wouldn't recommend it in late November though.
