He, he- I just lost the last 5 lbs from my last pregnancy and he turns 2 on Sunday. Find an excercise program you like and stick with it! Pilates are great, yoga, walking, swimming. I eat sweets in moderation, I try to snack wisely and use portion control during meals. Breastfeeding is excellent as well, and best for baby! Just do not try to loose too weight much while breastfeeding because you can release Ketones into your milk that will affect baby.

Who says you have to lose it. I'm only kidding. I was overweight to begin with and actually lost weight during the first part of my pregnancy so I never weighed more than my initial weight. Breastfeeding, walking, and cutting back on high calorie items helped too.

ok i probably shouldn't answer this question because I know I am going to get a lot of thumbs down.... I only gained a pound and a half during my pregnancy, so it wasn't hard for me to lose that weight, in fact i lost an extra 15 pounds in the week after giving birth and my body looks better than it ever has.

breast feeding helps you lose weight faster and easier then a women that doesn't breast feed. Take it slow in the beginning, try walking around the neighborhood or park, or go to the gym and swim. Swimming works all the muscles in your body... after about a month you can start jogging or doing other exercises. Eating right always helps speed the process too :), i hope ive helped

breastfeeding, I was back to pre pregnancy weight in 6 wks, I went on a lot of walks after the six weeks though.

i think breastfeeding was my key to losing the weight. also lots of salads and exercise.
