Try to go easy on yourself. We all have times we feel that way. Don't beat yourself up. I think it's just your minds way of taking a break when things get too overwhelming. Try to be careful with how you deal with others right now. When you're feeling numb, sometimes it is hard to be considerate of others feelings. You're numb so something said in passing may not affect you but to the other person it could be very emotional or overwhelming. Try to deal with the issues that are affecting your emotions. Step away from the situation for a little bit and take a breather. Once you relax and your mind clears a little bit you may find a new way of tackling the issues causing the stress. Best of luck!

Do you have any friends or family to talk to? When I don't have anyone to talk to, I just talk to myself, and I know that may sound weird, but it's also comforting. Also writing about whatever's going on in your life helps, even if you aren't a writer. When I have a problem going on in my life, I just started writing about it, and eventually it doesn't seem that bad. If you ever need anyone to talk to, I'm sure there's plenty of people on here who'd be willing to listen to you and give you input.

smoke some weed and relax. don't let anyone bother you and just look at the sky and enjoy the world around you and ignore the people in it...
