9 (t³+1) = 9 (t+1) (t²-t+1)

=9(t+1)(t^2-t+1)

factor out the GCF which is 9
and you will have
9( t^3 + 1)
look at the formula to factor the sum of two cubes..... a^3 + b^3 = (a+b)(a^2 - ab + b^2)
so t is a and 1 is b and you get
9(t + 1)(t^2 - 1t + 1)
