well each number is just the last one divided by five.

so divide 8 by five.
you get

1.6

Every number is divided by 5 to get the next number:
1000/5=200, 200/5= 40, etc.

8/5 = 1.6, or you can leave it in fraction form

The pattern is:
- divide by 10
- double

Therefore
-8/10 = .8
-.8 x 2 = 1.6

Next,
-1.6 / 10 = .16
-.16 x 2 = .34
