No... Not this year ... I personally have moved the entire city 800 miles south .... its okay ..... no need to thank me .... its just what super warm weather heroes do!

It depends on the tempature outside. If it is below freezing and it is still raining then it will turn to freezing rain. Freezing rain is where it is rain but it freezes on the ground. Next will come sleet and then the ice; followed by snow. You do not always get ice when you get snow but usually there is a slight mix when there is a change over period between rain and snow.
