Okay... So I have a necklace, but I plan to use it as a gift to someone else for christmas; however, there are somethings (I'm not sure whether it's rust, stains...etc). So I need to know good and cheap ways to clean my necklace (I don't want to spend money on just to clean my necklace because I'm on a tight budget). Thanks.

I agree with bree167, using vinegar and a toothbrush works well for cleaning necklaces.
