WELCOME TO MOTHERHOOD, LOL!!!
I don't really remember when my son would sleep thru the nights b/c even though he's 1 he still wakes up in the wee hrs. from time to time but, takes a couple of naps thruout the day.
Unfortunately he's on a different schedule than most babies, he's on his daddy's schedule which is an afternoon shift schedule. he goes to bed late and wakes up late.
Bed at 11:30 pm and wakes sometimes around 5/6 then back to sleep after a feeding then back up around 9 sometimes 10 am. I'm a domestic engineer...
So, to each is own.
Babies tell u what schedule they're on Not u telling them.
things will calm down and become more fixed down the road don't give up hope u will b able to sleep again.

This is quite normal. Many babies are not developmentally ready to sleep through the night at this age. My daughter didn't sleep all night until she was over 2 and finished teething. She nursed and slept with me, so the night wakings were at least manageable. Getting out of bed to get bottles is a lot tougher!
Here's some good info. on sleep:

Good luck!

I completely comprehend the exhaustion. we've 9.5 month old twins. we've been utilising some stuff from "The No-Cry Sleep answer" that we adore. that's advisable to examine that e book out - we've been given it on the nearby library. one factor to bear in techniques is that their length can impact how long they are in a position to flow with out eating and in the event that they are waiting to. there is not something incorrect with getting to your infant's desires - in the event that they might desire to consume, they might desire to consume. My female isn't yet sixteen lbs at 9.5 months and is quite hungry at nighttime. My boy is larger and might go longer yet nonetheless wakes up some. enable your husband help and recruit another help in the process the day or at nighttime to offer your self a destroy. We each and every take one infant at nighttime and it has made it lots extra handy. One gets breastfed and the different expressed milk in a bottle. while you're utilising formulation or expressed milk, your husband can take one - we strive to have the milk all waiting to flow so prep inthe center of the nighttime takes as little time as conceivable. As consistently, sleep/relax everytime you may and bear in techniques it won't final perpetually....

Sounds very normal to me for that age. A great book to read is Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child, but even that book says they generally wake up to eat until 9 months old.

My daughter still wakes up sometimes and she is 11 months. They are still small and probably just need a little extra food at night. In a couple more months they will start sleeping better.

The "Problem" is that you haven't yet figured out that babies don't always automatically sleep "through the night"
This sounds like completely normal behavior...
My son is 13 months old and wakes up AT LEAST twice a night...
Night wakings are considered "normal" through out childhood ...particularly the first TWO YEARS..

My children started sleeping through the night at ~8 weeks. ALthough it is totally normal for babies to continue to wake up during the night, it is totally realistic to be able to train them to sleep through the night too! When they wake up, give them a minute to calm themselves down. If they don't, try some other methods. Go into their room, but don't say anything. Just pat them on the back. If you have to pick them up, just rock a little, or hold them sweetly. Maybe change there diaper. But put them back down. At 6 months they can sleep through the night with out NEEDING a bottle. They will also eat more during the day. If nothing works, just keep the faith.... THey will grow out of it eventually.

Once you have children, there are new parameters for what "normal" is.
Welcome to the up-in-the-middle-of-the-night club!
They are growing and need to eat and this is why they are waking.
Sleeping through the night is defined as 5 hours straight. That is it.
Someday, you will be getting a full night's rest again.
Good luck!

Maybe they are going through a growth spurt. My twin girls are 4 months and sleep at least 6 hours at night. I am so grateful for that.
Just feed them when they wake up hungry. Trust me this won't last forever.
