a charge for installing the cable if my new premises doesn't have it? i coudnt find an appropriate section for this so i am sorry if i got the wrong one!

no,there shouldnt be a charge but you may need to ask permission from your landlord to have it installed.

if there are lines already in the area most service providers will not charge for installing a new line to your house. Part of turning up service. But you need to call the service company.

it all depends on who your isp is. i recently moved and i have cablevision, they did not charge me for the move and they had to run new wires and everything. most companies wont charge you. call your isp and ask them. good luck
