While converting videos for PSP, what's the difference between MPEG4 and AVC?

AVC stands for Advanced Video Coding. It's a digital video compression format. MPEG-4 is a standard used primarily to compress audio/visual digital data. They are pretty much the same.

However, iTunes only accepts MPEG-4 format. =P
