Would you capitalize the name of a school class? Example: I learned this in History Class.
What about "my history class"

No, the rule is:
a) Capitalize the titles of courses when the course is a language course
Correct: French, Latin I,
Incorrect: Physical Education (not a language, not a specific class)

b) Capitalize academic subjects only when referring to the specific course's full name and number but not as a general course
Correct:
I am taking Physical Education 112 this winter
I am taking physical education this winter
Incorrect:
I learned this in history II (it's a specific class)
I learned this in my History class (It's a general course)

This chart will help you with the rules http://www.eliterateeducation.com/site/capitalization.htm

Do You Capitalize Class Names

Only if the class's name was literally "History Class" would you capitalize it. Such as, "I learned this in American History". Otherwise, it's just my history class, the history class, history class, etc.
