This may sound like a simple solution!
As you have a Yahoo Answers account, I will assume you have a yahoo email account or another web based email account such as google mail, hotmail, etc... simple email your documents (as an attachment) to yourself. When you get to the library, open up your web based email account and open the emails from yourself. Save the attachments to a temp. folder on the library computer, open them and print!

detect a buddy who nonetheless has a device with a floppy force. perhaps you may get the files burned to a CD, or copied to a flash force. Ask at a library; both public, or college.

If you have a USB flash drive, that should work. Or burn them to a CD. Or email them to yourself and access your email at the library. Make sure they're in a format accessible at the library.
