It seems to have a lot of truth to it. People did figure out what's going on long before tv.

I've witnessed it being wrong every year. Only once has it ever even come close. And that was when it snowed about three weeks early.

Since it is based on historical facts, there is a degree of accuracy. It is not very good for predicting anomolies.

I don't, but my dad reads that thing like it's the bible. My parents plan their vacations around that thing.
