Usually. But I am not usually right about guys that I am interested in, just when I have a hunch, or intuition as it's called, about other people or other situations.

I get "feelings" or a sensation comes over me as if something good or bad is going to happen, although I can't pinpoint always what it is...just either like a feeling of dread of a feeling of elation.....unfortunate but usually the bad feelings are more correct than the good ones

Yes, I seem to have an uncanny ability is this department. It gets scary sometimes. Like, for you, I had this feeling and was right on the nose!!! Luv ya sweetie!
