If you lost your wireless connection, your ISP may not be able to help. People who truly work for ISP's know that company guidelines support only the connection and in most cases will not support a 3rd party router. Some things you can do that can help. Reset your wireless router, it should have a pin hole on the back or bottom of it. Reinstall your wireless drivers. If that does not work, you will need to contact your wireless router manufacturer for support and assistance.

A) refresh or reload button on browser

B) clear cache

C) use an nslookup site to find the IP address of the site and try putting that into the URL address in your browser

D) download and try another browser

E) use a proxy site, or have someone on another machine try the address

F) use ping or traceroute to check the actual flow between you and that address

G) reboot (you would be surprised at the number of problems that fixes)
