YES!

And like many other women, I used to love them... but after my first foot surgery, I stopped wearing them (15 years ago). What really sucks is that I've had four MORE surgeries SINCE then, to fix the various problems that developed with my feet.

To any woman who will listen - if you have a choice, choose FLATS. They have MANY darling styles that you WON'T have to sacrifice your future health for.

of course heels hurt my feet.
but not all of them.
i have some cheap ones and i have some really expensive ones and then some more in between.
and i would personally say that i would go middle of the road in spending.
i have some micheal kors heels and they are pretttty comfortable, i also have some from charlotte russe which are some of my favorites and dont hurt my feet.
but i also have some other cheap ones that i can never wear cuz they hurt so bad.
so the middle of the road shoes are what i would suggest, they dont hurt for the most part, they are of decent quality, and arent too expensive if they do end up hurting.
one of my favorite companies is Steve MAdden, and also i love Jessica Simpson's heels.
hope this helps!

depends on the woman...you're gonna have to put some on and see for yourself if they hurt or not. My mom hates flats and tennis shoes and wears heels. same with my sisters they wear some sort of heel over flats, but if you have a strong balance along with a good back and legs you'll have no issue...most girls i've seen who complain have skinny legs and weak...

I'm a heel person. They don't hurt my feet at all. Flat shoes kill my back and my feet. though. But heels are prettier, stylish, and sexy! I can run in them without tripping too ;)

I wear 4" heels every day.

I buy good quality shoes, at a real shoe store, and have them fitted....
And yes, my feet still hurt, sometimes....
