What is amazing is that your list only shows how absolutely willing you are to believe that *ANYTHING* is evidence against evolution ... without actually being able to say *WHY*.
5 of the 6 items in your list actually *support* evolution. 1 is irrelevant.
The Four winged fruit fly - supports evolution (it shows how easy a small mutation can cause a major structural change).
Haeckel's embryo diagrams - irrelevant. A diagram isn't a "fact". Haeckel was correct about many facets of how embryological development supports evolution, wrong about some others. His diagrams overstated his case. But they do not "contradict evolutionary theory."
Finch beaks in the Galapagos Islands - support evolution. (They were one of the bases for Darwin's theory.)
antibiotic resistant bacteria - support evolution ... big time.
fossil records - support evolution ... big time.
tree of life - supports evolution ... big time. The very fact that all species can be organized in a massive tree-like hierarchy is absolutely evidence of common ancestry through evolution.

I feel sorry for you. You didn't get the education you deserved from high school biology.
1) I don't know what you are talking about with the four winged fruit flies...some clarification would be nice.
2) Haeckel's embryo diagrams have been shown to be fraudulent, scientists have known this for a while now, and his idea (of embryonic similarities) is still sound.
3) I'm not sure about the point you're trying to get at here, but Darwin's finch studies are one of the first good scientific investigation of morphological homologies. Which is evidence that backs the theory of evolution.
4) Again, resistant strains of bacteria are another very good example of evolution in action.
5) The fossil record has shown, time and again, that the theory of evolution is the most biological sound theory on the number and variety of life on Earth.
6) Um, if it weren't for evolutionary theory, we wouldn't have the "tree of life". So, again, what is your point?
Maybe you are privy to some information that most scientists and the general public don't have? If so, please share. I'd love to see it.
Edit: Guess I should read some of the responses before I repeat what other, probably smarter, people than I, have written.

Umm, I'm just wondering what the point of your list is.
Four winged fruit fly - not familiar, no comment
Haeckel's embryo's - irrelevant as they were "artistically enhanced", though actual embryo stages do support evolution, just don't quote Haeckel.
Finch beaks - proves evolution
Antibiotic resistant bacteria - proves evolution
Fossil records - prove evolution
Tree of life - eh? Edit: Ahh, if you mean how organisms are organized into ever branching descendants, then yeah. - proves evolution
You haven't listed anything that contradicts evolution. Evolution is a fact, and our theory of Natural Selection posed by Darwin is our very best tool for understanding it.

Why do people believe in genesis when there are no facts whatsoever to back it up? That would be a more logical question.
The list you wrote has no meaning. What are you talking about?
Evolution is based on facts and evidence. Each time some new evidence becomes available, it reinforces and refines the theory of evolution. DNA backs up fossil evidence for example.

Contrary to what those who's religious beliefs guide their lives without the influence of the facts of science, there is no evidence for creationism other than their belief.
From the first test of creation vs evolution (Scopes/Monkey trial) to the most recent events (Oklahoma School board and Dover, Pennsylvania decisions), evolution is batting 1000.
Do not be mislead by those who would force their religious beliefs (in the form of creationism) onto all others who have different religions. Science is repeatable, creation is not.
Evolution is a series of evidences looking for an explanation where creation is a biblical explanation looking for evidence.
Thank god for Darwin!

Because the theory of evolution is far more plausible than the other theories. There is still some holes in the evolution theory, but they are slowly being filled. Remember the missing link argument?

it all comes down to faith, the same way people believe in Christ, or religion you will always find contradictions and every form of belief because it is man made. the "good book" was written by men, the theory of evolution was also created by man. but you can see evolution work and people are still looking for gods proof of existence. if you don't believe that evolution exists just look at what is happening to the rattle snake they are adapting same with squid....and what says that evolution isn't god, christian usually think that evolution is bogus, and don't stop to think that if you really think about it evolution is a process that takes a very long time to work in humans eyes but to god that must seem like milliseconds.....mabey 7 days of creation to god was really 7billion years to humans thus science calls in evolution and christian call it god moving...you decide

Well, since those don't actually contradict the theory of evolution, I'm not really sure how to respond. That's a lovely list, though. Really.

ok then you come up with a better theory then. and all those things can be explained by other reasons than no evolution. are there human skeletons as old as dinosaurs?
