I dont feel any soreness or pain its just a blood coming out.

You need to be getting off of the computer and going to the doctor right now...severe infection or possibly something much worse.

Please get professional medical help now.

Have you seen a doctor. This could be kidney or liver problems. I know of a 40 year old who was peeing blood and had a kidney stone. I suggest seeing a medical professional.

Anytime one has blood in the stool or in urinating there may be serious problem which should be diagnosed immediately. This condition may indicate something beyond what is visible. Get to the doctor. Don't delay!
