I am not in the habit of drinking soda everyday, but I would say I may drink two to three cans or 20 oz. bottles per week.

Depends on the season, really. As strange as that sounds.
In the summer - I used to have a job where I could have as much soda as I wanted. Refreshment worker at an amusement park, you see. So I would drink so much soda in one day (especially when doing 12 hour work days and it was hot outside) I don't even want to know how much I consumed while working there.
During the fall/winter season I don't drink much at all per day. If I have any at all.

I limit myself during the week. On the weekdays I don't drink any soda. then on Friday nights and Saturday nights, I drink 3 or 4 cans. That way I control how much I drink, without drinking 2 cans or more a day.

I don't drink it very much each day and I don't drink it EVERYDAY but I know someone who drinks a **** load of it...and the m'f'er doesn't think it's unhealthy! What an idiot. Soda makes you gassy and fat. That's why I try to stay away from it at times. I like to go with healthier choices that won't make me squeeze my *** cheeks together in an attempt to keep the gas in. Oh, I'm all female by the way.*

I dont drink soda...I drink a lot of water and Gatorade. When i use to drink soda, I only drank maybe 2 or 3 a week.

I stopped drinking coffee and have taken on Soda! So id say easily a can a day! Diet soda ofcourse! Much better then Orange Juice, well thats what i believe and my dentist agrees!
