Here are some great ways to relieve stress:
1. Take some time out for yourself. Go to Starbucks, read a book, paint your nails, or just watch TV. Pamper Yourself!
2. Go on a bike ride or walk outdoors. The fresh air is extremly calming.
3. Go out with your friends and just have fun! Dance, talk, or have a drink with them! :)
4. Pilates and Yoga always help me relax. Put on some calming music while your stretching and you'll feel like your sitting on a cloud!

Mine use to be alcohol, But trust me I have learnt it's the worst way. Computer actually helps calm me now, plus going for a motorcycle ride. Lower the tempature the better.

Maybe don't force yourself to work out, unless you want to...?
Simple meditation though out the days or week...
Make sure you make time for your tasks, don't procrastinate
Focus on one thing, instead of trying to take on a whole bunch...
Breathe and relax, take some time for yourself...
Sleep enough, eat healthy (colorful foods, and vibrant smells)...?
Don't view things as good or bad....

By not worrying about it all. Just relax and have a good time once in a while and you will be less stressful.

I take baths when I am stressed. also watchiing funny movies seems to help, I think its the laughing that actually does it... I also cook when I am stressed, but that may just be me...

hmmmm...lets see, the way i redcuce stress is not a very good way, like drinking and smoking....but honestly, i think it is working out and having somebody to talk to, to tell you everything will be ok.
