Yes if you have anemia you can actually get amenorrhea which means absence of your period and have a lack of period.
Your body will have a period when it is prepared to lose blood and has defenses.
Ballerinas have a very strict diet and they have a supression of they periods mostly.
Good luck! ;D

There could be many reasons why you have not got it yet, how old are you, and have you had it before, or have just missed a period, don't know how to answer this unless you provide more info. If you are still very young say 12, 13 or so, then you need not worry too much, but if you are much older than this, then perhaps a doctor's opinion is needed.

If your period doesn't come before or at 17 its unhealthy and you need to talk to your doctor or mother. Just be patient, it will come. Some girls get it later than others. I got mine when I was 11, my sister got it around 12 but my cousin got it when she was 15. Some girls even get it as late as 17. Its ok, its normal. Depending on when your mom it has a lot to do with it too, although not 100% accurate.

Yes, It's all about your body and how healthy you are. Usually people that don't eat healthy or anything don't have their period for a while...It takes longer than most family members. Just like people who are too skinny, when their body becomes more healthy their body holds out and then starts mentruating again.

well it depends if you've gotten your period. also, if its not coming, maybe your not eating right or you just need to eat more. when i got my period for the first time, i had it for a week then I didnt get it for 3 1/2 months so i somewhat know how you feel.

everyone gets theirs at different times, you body will mature at a different rate to somebody else....unless you are seriously malnourished then i doubt it is because of a lack of vitamins
its best not to worry about it
hope i helped

Bingo!!! It will come when it comes and not one minute before. No one can tell when that will be, it is unique to every female.

Even if I am a man, I say no. Go to your genycologist, tell him your problem. He/she would stick two of his/her fingers into it, and tell you your problem.
