The area of a point is zero, so the area of 100,000 points will be
A = 0 * 100,000 = 0.
The area of any finite number of points is zero. It is only when you have an infinite number of points (such as in a rectangle) that the area can be positive.
Computing the "areas" of arbitrary sets of points is one use of the field of mathematics known as measure theory.

Area of point is not zero, but is so small that, for practical purposes it is considered to be zero.
But area of 100000 points is not zero, will have some quantity. try to find the area of these points and try to find area of a single point.

If the area of a single point is zero, the area of 100,000 points is
A = (100,000) * 0
A = 0

A point will also have some area and it is very small. A dot have an area of .05 mm.
Area of a point = pie x dia^2 / 4 = pie x .0025/4 sq mm
Area of 10000 points = 10000 x pie x .0025 / 4
= 10000 x 3.14 x .0025 / 4
= 19.625 sq mm

The area will depend on the geometrical shape that these points make.
circle, square,rectangle, etc.
Point cannot be really defined. It is a infinitisimally small figure in a plane(say) which represents a specific ordered pair of numbers(x,y)

A point has no dimensions thus no area. Even when you have 100,000 points, you have no area.
It's not until you connect points with lines and connect lines into polygons that you get any area from the 100,000 points.

surface area of a point is small but not zero.
A point as a decimal point for example
1.2 (that point has an area that is not zero)
