Depends on whether it is metallic paint or not and the extent of the "chip". If the metal has been dented then it will cost more . If only a small chip then it should be no more than £25 - try the mobile "Chips Away" franchise. The whole door repaint could cost £100.

That would depend on the depth and length of the dent, and the cost of paint to match in addition to labor cost for painting.
A large scratched area of 12 x 12 which was dented from 1/2 in deep to final impact point about 3 inches deep cost about $595 using black metallic paint to cover scratches after pulling the dents out as much as possible and filling with filler first. That was 6.5 years ago

About $75 with a mobile paint repair company. Look in the yellow pages under auto paint repair or body shops.
It was nice of you to take responsibility for it, most people would have just left it.

depends on if it needs to be full repainted or not. if you can get touch up paint about 5-10 dollars. if not about 80-100 to repaint the door.
