I email people, depends on what you mean by connect...but if I like how they ask and answer questions then sure, I would love to chat with them.

honestly? I visit their profile and see what it tells me, what kind of vibes I get from it, and if I get good vibes or they sound like a person I'd hang out with, I connect back to them. :)
although, I have to admit that I don't quite understand the concept of contacts...
