Given that 85% of the world's men are uncircumsized, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Get a grip, man. Of course you can put a condom on if youre not circumsized.
If you dont even know how to put one on you are right -- you are not ready to be parents yet!!!
Just read the instruction paper inside the box when you buy them.

Why would there even be a question of the possibility of whether a condom can be put on an uncircumsised penis?
Good Lord, my man if you are that uneducated in sex, you should probably reconsider having sex with your girl friend. Sex education is something that should not be learned by "trial and error". Until you become educated in this area, you should probably keep "boxing Oscar".

hey; I'm uncircumcised and i have some tips for you.
The foreskin should retract when its erected, if not then its normal as well, there would be no harm done to manually retract it like mines.
To put on the condom, u can either retract your foreskin or leave it in place, it may help to lube up but thats a personal preference. The condom should slide easily over your penis but lube is required if it doesn't. Its easy enough mate.

Before putting the condom on, you need to pull your foreskin up as much as possible. Then gently glide the condom on.
Easy as that.
