Sounds gross but your hand. If the stool isn't filled with feces or urine you can take your hand with a glove on and cup it over the toilet hole. push it down and then pull ur hand back real fast. Try this a few times, but if it don't work go buy a plunger they're only $1 at most stores.

Get a bucket and fill it with hot water preferably a five-gallon bucket. The pour it directly over the hole in the toilet and the force o of the water going in should break it up. This has worked many times for me.

The other solutuion is to use a skinny water hose that is flexible. Push it up all the way into the toilet so that is curves the 90o and goes in the hole. Then have someone turn on the water and you crimp the hose and uncrimp it quickly and allow the jest to flow through and unlcog your toilet.

Your hand. With a glove on (or not, you can always wash up well afterwards), use the palm and heel of your hand to push water into the toilet drain. Unless the plug is really serious (in which case a plunger wouldn't help anyway) then this should work.

wait a while for the water to break down the toilet paper. turn the water supply off, the valve behind the toilet. if the water level in the bowl drops at all, try to flush it again. remember to turn the supply off, because if it's still plugged when you flush it, the toilet may overflow. maybe even a straitened-out clothes hanger will dislodge anything in there, but be careful not to shove it in too far, it may get stuck.

I sincerely hope that this is a retorical question to see if you can do it without using the plunger.
If you want to waste your time, fill the bowl with water, get a flat stick and spin it to create a whirpool the turbulence in the water might dislodge the blockcage.
Chances are that you will get tired before that happens.

Just run to the store and get one. Most stores carry them and it can be fast. Do you have any Drano or anything like that?
I would go get the plunger or borrow from neighbor.====

Try getting a bucket of water and pour into the bowl. The force of the water should push whatever it is that is stuck on down so it will flush.

Try squirting in some liquid dish detergent and wait 15 minutes. After that you should be good to go.

I've heard of that using a straightened out wire coat-hanger can sometimes be used to break up the clog.
