Water is the best thing, your period comes lighter and less painful. Also, if water is not your best drink, then put a bit on ice tea or lemonade.

Although doctors say not to drink iced tea, it makes me feel good.

Also, stay away from soda. (Its the worst)

Well to eat, eat veggies or fruits.

Eat light, soup and liquids. It feels better if you are not stuffed.

Warm liquids help with the cramps, as does a heating pad and some Motrin.

Drink lots of water
Chocolate (one of my fav. things in the world) causes me the WORST cramps ever though for some reason....it's terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bananas, it helps with cramps mint tea or ginger tea heating pads too!! feel better
