It's not Jermaine Dupri. He is in the song, but the chorus is sung by someone else. It kind of sounds like Nelly, but I can't tell and I can't find it by google.

It could be Mariah herself. She has been known to use the practice of multi-tracking her voice so it sounds like a group of singers.
