Picture a confident person or celebrity you admire. Now picture how you think they would act in the situation you're in, and act upon it.

And if you do that frequently, you'll probably gain more confidence on your own.

Realize that nervousness is not necessarily the opposite of confidence. See it as the adrenaline necessary to boost your confidence.

Also: fake it.

theres nothing wrong with being nervous, its a natural human condition. but i would guess assertiveness classes would help and anti anxiety medication

be aggressive, the instigator, ask pertinent questions, if all else fails remember they’re all naked
