Why not just say...........Is stevie wonder content with being blind even though he has all that money(then go into an explanation) Yahoo answer is not a spelling or english class but if you want your question to be taken seriously its good to use spell check and use better grammar.

Unfortunately, we cannot tell the difference between native English speakers/writers and those who are not. It's those who speak English as a first language and make gross grammatical errors that are exasperating.

For not being a native speaker, your sentences were pretty good. They certainly got across your meaning. So don't let those who made fun of you get under your skin. You show your intelligence by asking questions that increase your knowledge (like this one ;)

Here is another way to write what you wrote (I only changed a little bit & tried to stay true to your original thought process):

He has a lot of money so I'm pretty sure he can afford the best doctor to do the job! Or is he content to remain blind for the rest of his life?

In "he has...", "im pretty..." and "is he..." "he", "im" and "is" all require a capital initial letter. Also, "im" should have an apostrophe between the "i" and the "m" and "contented" should be "content". Actually, technically, Yahoo Answers IS a quiz bee, i.e. a contest where you get points for answering questions. With respect to your grammar, I don't find your grammar problematic, i.e. so bad it's impossible to decipher what you're asking. Some people are pickier than others.

The new generation of American kids isn't being taught grammar as a course. The school system expects the kids to pick it up themselves just by reading textbooks and listening in class. Can you tell it was a bad idea to take grammar lessons out of the classroom?

You should have capitalized "he", "i'm", and "is". You also should have a period after money instead of a comma.

Also, your sentence is pretty dumb. Just because someone is rich that doesn't mean he can get surgery to see again. If the technology doesn't exist, how can he do that?

Contented is not proper in your sentence that is probably what they were making fun of. Change it to content and it should be fine.

They didn't like your question. Blindness is often permanent.
Your excuse is better than the American kids that don't even spell out words or use any punctuation.
Don't let it get to you.
C. :)!!
