How can I arouse myself?

It not always as easy as it I believe it should be, but all I have to do is touch my boyfriend and he's ready to go.
Any ideas ladies?

Guys are like that. They think about sex many times every hour. If a woman bends over near them they are aroused.

We take longer. The romance, the anticipation and the foreplay work very nicely.
