It just randomly will happen...at first I thought I wasn't eating enough but then after I had eaten dinner (like an hour later) I got really dizzy. It started happening last year when i passed out then I got dizzy like a month later until now it's like every other day usually around eleven in the morning or in the evening.
Anyone know what it could be?

Maybe its related to your diet, have you lost a lot of weight within the past weeks? If so than you need to talk with your doctor that is the best option at this point until them make sure you get enough to eat and take multi-vitamin supplements daily.

My birth control pills were causing my blood pressure to drop causing dizziness. Have your blood pressure tested and then talk to your doc. Good luck, dizziness sucks =)

I was having the same problems. I kept eating or I would eat a sugary snack and then get dizzy again. I found out that mine is from my low blood pressure.

One thing that helps me is getting up from a sitting or sleeping position slowly.

Well, dizziness usually comes from an inner ear problem. Like fluid in the inner ear. It moves around and touches the tiny little bones in there and you get vertigo or just plain dizzy.

You can take sinus medicine (just over the counter, non drowsy type) it will help dry up your sinuses and fluid in the ear.

Good Luck.

check your blood pressure. do you get dizzy when you stand up? go to local pharmacy or walgreens, walmart, and test your blood pressure, if its low then you need to see your doctor!
