If you mean that when he ejaculates it comes out in say two or three squirts, then yes this is completely normal. Semen comes out like this because of the way that the muscles are contracting. This is just one orgasm, and all guys experience this.
If you mean that he has two orgasms say a minute or so apart, then no this is not so normal. I would say that this is as a result of you being very good, and him having a body that just about every bloke would want to have.

It is completely normal. being a guy myself i know that when I ejaculate (come) It doesn't all go out on one, for lack of a better word, shot. instead it ,lack of a word again, shoots then does it once again right afterwards.
