Price per gram of 24K gold= price per ounce divided by 31.1 grams per troy ounce = $25.57
Price per gram of 22K gold = price per gram of 24K gold divided by 22/24 or .917 = $23.44
For the responder above: There are 31.1 grams in a troy ounce, not 28.8
