Yes, and he's liable to live to a very old age. Very sad state of affairs. On the other hand, if we ever get out of Iraq it is possible that the administration in control will use the available funds to make a real effort to get him.

LOL, he has been dead for 2 1/2 years now. Some clown dressed up like him was in the last 2 videos. Didn't even look like him at all, and none of his statements have eluded to current events. By the way Travis, it is spelled retarded. That's not a good word to misspell.
