That depends on what you two considered to be a break. This reminds me of an episode of "Friends". Ross saw nothing wrong with what he did but Rachel definitely did. Your conscious is going to have to tell you whether it was right or wrong.

No, a break is a break. If you arent in relationship with that person, how can you cheat on them.

I hate breaks...my ex wanted to do that for some reason and it did not work out at all. I think that if you guys talk as friends but nothing more and you DON'T go out with another guy then it isn't:-)

if you take a break but say that you are not seeing anyone else yes it is cheating. but if you both agree to see other people no it is not cheating.it is a thin line and it can be devastating if that line is crossed..

Define "break". Are you apart? Living separately?
If you are living separate lives now then no you aren't cheating.

Yeah, not sure either. How about if you're just separated and haven't made that final move to the attorney. All depends on how you look at it I guess...
